Tupu ā nuku is a Taranaki environmental workforce development programme led by Ngāti Maru. It is supported by the Regional Recovery Leadership Group and the Ngā iwi o Taranaki Recovery Plan. Below outlines the five key deliverables

Pathways team connecting with schools, wananga, Alt.Ed and MSD to create work experience and connection to training and into employment.

Providing agile and responsive training and education based on regional employment need with strong tikanga and Te Ao Māori component.

A team of pastoral care support for all learners during training and for two years into employment.
